being very careful not to damage the radiator it can be done without removing it , first drain the coolent out of the system, if you have animals clean up any spills that may occure. take the shroud from on top of the radiator off ,remove the serpinteen belt from the motor , depending on what type of fan is on it you need to remove the fan if its a clutch fan with a long center shaft you will need a good size wrench to remove it, but do this before you take the belts off for it will help you hold the fan still to loosen it the fan will be tight ,loosen counterclockwise remove it. being careful not to damage the radiator. remove the hoses there should be three, then remove the four bolts that hold it to the block repalce with new one in reverse order but remember to use gaskets and thread sealer for the bolts.
