I just changed the buckle on my 98 Ranger with a 60-40 seat. I had to unbolt the seat (4 bolts), tilt the seat back, unbolt the old buckle and put the new one on. It took maybe 10 to 15 minutes all together. My local Ford dealer wanted to charge me $147 for labor to install it! $147 for 10 minutes of work! I should have been a mechanic.
