It doesn't have a dipstick like a normal car. It was to taken to the dealership and lifted up to be serviced.
You do not change the trans fluid. It is a life time synthetic fluid.
need to know if it is and automatic or a standard shift transmission Automatic has no dipstick to check trans fluid.

You add fluid the same place you check the fluid level.
Fill it at the same place you check the fluid level.
Your trans is either low on fluid,(difficult to check when not a tech) or trans failure. if you check the fluid and it is dark and smells bad and/or metal flakes are in the fluid..... stick a fork in it.
