It is on/in the throttle body. That is located between the top of the engines and the black plastic/rubber flexible tubing that runs from the air filter box to the top of the engine. You can also find it by going to most on-line parts stores, and typing in the yr make model of your car and the part you are looking for. Most sites will show at least one picture of the part, and up to 2, 3 or 4 pictures of it from different angles of the part. You can usually print out the pictures and look for the part along the hose route I just described to you.

The fuel pump relay on a 1996 Dodge Stratus 2.4 liter is located underneath the hood. The relay will be in the integrated power module.
