Well, you haven't given the year of your Corsica, nor if you're looking to change the front or rear bulb. I'll start with the rear... Open the trunk, and on the inside where the rear light clusters are, you should see 6 plastic wingnuts (you may have to peel back any interior carpeting if equipped). Remove these wingnuts and set them aside. Remember the taller ones go to the 4 corners and the short ones with the open top threads go in the two middle positions. Once this is done, grip the rear tail light assembly (removal is mirrored on the opposite side) and pull straight back evenly on all sides. The light cluster will come free, and you can access the light sockets on the back. You have to turn the bulb seats about a 1/4 turn to remove them from the cluster housing.
Reassemble in the reverse order you disassembled.

i just happened to look up how to change my signal and figured it out in the process. open the hood and find your signal cluster. on each side is a white plastic clip, it's holding black plastic clips. pull up on the white clips and slide them off. then the whole assembly will come out. remove the rubber cover from the bulb closest to the middle of the car. turn the bulb assembly counterclockwise to remove it from the casing, change, and viola, no more broken turn signal.

If you mean the brake light that is on the inside of the car, the top pops off and then you can see the bulbs, if you mean the tail light, you have to open the trunk and remove the rug like covering so you can see where the bulbs go. Turn the bulb casing that is burned out and replace the bulb. Same is done for the turn signal.
