I have done this three times, and it is pretty easy. First you need to drop the exhaust from the exhaust manifold, then drop it the rest of the way up till the catalitic converter is off. next, take off the drive shaft by taking off the four nuts located on it,( you most likely need to disconect the emergency brake and drop the bar located in front of the rear axle, its only four bolts). then after the driveshaft is out, disconnect the transmission mount by the shofter on the bottom side, then diconnect the bolts from the bell housing.(also, don't forget to disconnect the battery and drop the starter first, and disconnect any wires connected to the transmission and the speedometer cable).
