The horns on a 1997 Grand Marquis are mounted together and facing one another. They are located in front of the driver's side front wheel, about rim height on the chassis. Look through the outside driver's side hole in the plastic bumper wrap to view them. One nut holds both horns on a single mount. You will probably lose the connections to corrosion when the harness is removed.
