You have to first remove the plastic cover that makes up part of the inside panel. It's the panel that receives the seat belt. This is probably the only tricky part. Once you get that off, simply locate the bolts that hold the seat belt system in. Unscrew them and take out the entire system. A dealer wanted to charge me over $100 to do this. What a scam.
No, the 1957 Chevy didn't come with seat belts.
2002 has a pull cord at the back of the seat(by the seat belts) which unlocks the bottom to fold forward then the back folds down with the button release by the head rest... hope this helps
Unbolt them from the floor. First remove the plastic covers (they pop off) then remove the four bolts holding the seat down. There's one on each corner. Disconnect the seat belt sensor wire before pulling the seat out of the car.
any seat belts from an 1981 through1987 Chevy truck or 1981 through 1989 blazer or suburban
2 in the front seat 3 in the back
On a 96 beretta there are 2 bolts just under the front edge of the seat. Then after you remove the seat bottom there are 2 torx bolts (don't remember the size)holding the seat back and seat belts. After you remove the 2 torx bolts then you pull the seat back up to unhook the top of the seat back. torx T50
That vehicle had seat belts in it when it left the factory so it should have threaded holes in the floor where they were once mounted. Purchase aftermarket seat belts for that vehicle and bolt them in.
order new belts from an OEM supplier with new bolts and washers. remove rear seat and go to work!
2 Dr models, You must start with the door kick panels then remove the seat belts then the rear side panels then you can go after the rear dash.
You do not need seat belts if your car was originally manufactured without them, and they have never been installed. At any time seat belts are installed, they must be maintained for the lift of the car.
well the first thing is to remove the lower seat. It has two clips near the front of it . Remove the lower seat now. Next remove the side panel right above the back seat. Now you have to remove the bolts for the seat belts, it holds the back part of the seat in. move the back part of the seat up towards the back window. You should hear the seat come loose. Now when you put the seat back in don't forget to pull the seat belts back though.
