On any 1996-2000 Dodge Caravan/grand caravan as well as plimouth voyager and grand voyager and Chrysler Town and Country the wiper arm is held on by a slide up clip. youll need a wide blade flat top screw driver to lift it up to get the clip to slide up. you have to lift the wiper off the glass then pry up on the clip due to age and road debrise amung other things. the wiper arm may be sezed onto the wiper moter shaft to solve this youll need some lube like move it or something simalar WD-40 may work as well and let it sit for a few minuts then the arm with the clip lifted should just slide rite off of the shaft as for 2001-2013 the arm is held on with a nut you may need to use the WD-40 to get the nut to move after removing the nut the arm should come rite off if not use a small 2 jaw gear puller to pop the arm off
