i have a 95 240sx and mine was located under the front passenger wheel mudflap.... the mudflap in front of the wheel... you should be able to see it easily because its right there.... its pretty easy to replace from there.. just diconnect the wire and the tube and resplice the wire with the new one and connect it..
its inside the windshield washer fluid tank, you have to remove it to access the pump
