The black knobs pop out. Use a flat head screw driver to pry the knobs out, then the bulbs become accessable. The knobs are just as easily replaced, good luck.[This applies to Chrysler's T&C up to the current models]
They are soldered on. If you want to replace you need to remove the HVAC control unit, open it and using the soldering iron remove the old bulbs and solder in the new ones. Bulbs of similar size/voltage are available from Radio Shack
If the bulbs and fuse are good, replace the turn signal Flasher Relay.
I have successfully installed bulbs 3057, 3157 and 3457 in my Chrysler Town & Country mini-van, for the brake/stop lights.
The headlight bulbs for the Chrysler LHS are inserted in the back of the light housings. There is a twist ring that holds them in, rotate the ring to remove and replace the bulb.
If the rear light of a Chrysler 300m does not turn on after replacing the bulb, a fuse may be blown. Replacing the fuse should fix it.

Behind the fog light and under the bumper, just rotate and the bulb assembly will pull out. Very easy.
There are two bolts that hold each headlight in. They will be on top of the metal radiator support just to the rear of the top of the headlight. Remove these bolts, will either be a T27 torx socket or 7mm, and you will be able to pull the headlights out and replace the bulbs. The bulbs come out with a 1/4 turn and pull. To replace the bulbs in a 1997 Acura safely prop the hood open. Locate the front headlights and remove the old lights. Replace the bulbs.
