You have to purchase the whole unit from most suppliers, even recyclers. You could re-glue lens only if you could find it by itself. Good Luck with that!

The turn signal bulb on the side view mirror on most cars can be changed by unscrewing the lens from the mirror. On some vehicles this lens slides out.
The front turn signal bulb on a 1993 Volvo 850 is replaced by prying out the lenses cover. The bulb can then be disconnected, unscrewed, and a new bulb put in its place.
There are 3 phillips head screws attatching each clear lens to it's mounting. Remove all 3 and the bulbs will be there. You will need orange replacement bulbs.
There is a screw on the side of the signal, you can reach it through the middle of the bumper. unscrew that and the whole signal will come out of the bumper. pop the clips and then the lens will come off
You need to replace it. There are 2 screws that hold it on.
I think the lens cover has snaps along the top and sides of the lens cover. It also looks as if you would have to loosen the turn signal unit that sits beside each headlight. The headlight lens cover is tucked into a recess along the turn signal unit. It doesn't look as if you would need any tools to remove the old lens covers, but you may need a screwdriver to loosen or remove the turn signal unit next to the lens.
Open the hood it pops into the backside of the lens.
Open the rear hatch of your van. There are two black button like protrusions behind the hatch next to the turn signal lamp. Pry these out and remove lens. Replace bulb.
Most likely the bulb is replaced from the rear by twisting the socket out of the housing.
Remove the bulb from the back side. The lense does not have to be removed.
