The previous answer does not address the Question and is also completely wrong. When Judaism began it was a monolatry: the belief in One God while acknowledging the existence of others. This was a unique concept at the time.
Answer 3
Dictionaries define "Judaism" as The monotheistic religion of the Jews, since the founding principle of Judaism was and is the belief in One ethical God. This was the teaching which was spread by Abraham, and has continued since then. From Judaism, belief in One God has spread through the Western world. This was unlike idolatry, which had tended to go hand in hand with cruel, licentious and excessive behavior, since the caprices which were narrated concerning the idols were adopted as an excuse to imitate those types of behavior.
The main difference was that Judaism is monotheistic - ie; those who follow the religion recognise and worship one G-d only. At that time, from what we know of the Middle East in particular, most religions were pantheistic or involved the worship of several different gods.
At the time of Abraham the Hebrew, the area where he lived was full of pagan cults; they were polytheistic, worshiping multiple deities and lacking moral character; with their rites accompanied by things such as human sacrifice, "sacred" prostitution, and animal worship. Abraham was the first to advance the idea of ethical monotheism: the worship of One God, and the appropriate ethical code of conduct.

The Hebrew's Jewish faith = Judaism.
The three Abrahamic religions are Judaism (the Tanakh), Christianity (Old Testament), and Islam (the Taurat).
Abraham, founder of Judaism, was surrounded by various Pagan cults and religions, all of which were Polytheistic - they worshiped an array of deities. Judaism was a radical departure from this. Abraham made an eternal covenant with the Gd of Israel in which he vowed to stay true to this, the true Gd. In return, Gd would protect Abraham and all of his decedents. Judaism was the first organised faith to advocate pure Monotheism, then. This made it totally different from the religions and cults that surrounded the early Israelites.
the first three are 1.ISLAM 2.Christanity 3.Judaism
Christianity is actually one of the younger religions. It branched off from Judaism soon after Jesus was crucified 2000 years ago. Older religions than Christianity are: Judaism (founded >3,500 years ago), Zoroastrianism (founded 3,500 years ago) and Hinduism (unknown origin) Useful wesbitehttp://www.bbc.co.uk/religion/religions/
