There is no possible way to lose 5lbs in 1 week. The best answer I can give you to lose 5lbs is for 2 weeks. What I did to 5lbs was I crossed out juice and had water (about 8 glasses a day) it really empties out your system from all the fat that's inside. I also exercised everyday. If you have some sort of object to exercise on: exercising bike, step ladder, etc. you should do it for about half an hour. I did the exercising bike for half an hour each day and the step ladder for 10min. After I was done I also had some dumbbells. I used and opened my arms straight holding the dumbbells 10 times. I also did 10 squats with the dumbbell's. Lying down on your back and doing sits up to the opposite knee 20 times helped loss some fat on my tummy. I added regular sit ups too 10 times. Doing the Wii for about 15min helps also. If you dont have a Wii its fine, but if you do its a bonus. Crossing out rice from your meals is great for trying to lose 5lbs because rice has salt and it makes your hips bigger. If you eat fatty foods everyday it will not do anything to help you lose weight. You can eat it sometimes but not all the time. Instead have some frozen vegetables with your dinner and for lunch a healthy salad (no cesar salads though) if you do have cesar at least not with the salad dressing. For breakfast you can big out a little because you need the energy. No bread either. Whole wheat is fine but you need to read the calories for whole wheat because I bought it once and it was 240 calories for 2 pieces of bread but for white bread it was 150 calories for 2 pieces. So you need read calories.
