You should see your family doctor. Four weeks is a long time to have a cold with a cough. You could have pneumonia.
With a bad chest cold you generally cough a great deal and since organs are attached to the spin the coughing will make the body ache (especially the back, ribs and stomach. Please see your doctor to get medication to stop the constant coughing.
yes, if u managed to damage a vital organ
The main cause of pain in the chest, arms, and back while coughing is muscle fatigue. These muscles are not typically used and will quickly tire through coughing.
knock ur back
Todays date is May 17th 2011. I've had my flu shots and when I saw the doctor about this cold I thought I had (3 weeks now) I was told it's a virus. And that it is spreading around the U.S. like crazy. I have friends in Alaska with it. First it's a sore throat, then coughing with Flem (called productive coughing), some puking for others (not me yet), night sweats, then back to coughing extremely (unproductive dry coughing) and headaches......that's where I'm at right now. My doctor said it takes 2 to 8 weeks for full recovery. Good luck. I hope that helps.
No. It can take 8 or more weeks to get your period back after a miscarriage.
I did this once! I just put up with the pain but it took a while to come right. You could try rubbing voltarin gel or arnica on it.
10 hours is more likely. You could walk 600 miles (and back) in 10 weeks.
it could be Dupuytrons contracture, you need to see the doctor about this. I did and I am having an operation in a few weeks.
intake manifold leak
do I have to pay you for the question or to sign in? I just want to know why my left side hurts to the touch and back only when I cough and touch I have been coughing for maybe 8 days I had bronchits and was using xopenx with a nebulizer.
It is possible that there was irritation or damage to the bronchi or lungs, either from the foreign article or coughing that has caused irritation. If it improves after two or three days, ignore it. If not, see a doctor because there is a possibility that an infection has occurred. The most likely cause is a muscle strain from coughing that should improve gradually over a period of two or three weeks.
