First please understand that a bully is a person who thinks that by making others look small it makes them look bigger. Bullies are usually insecure about themselves and need constant reassurance from their peers to feel of worth. If you want to lose weight you should talk to your family doctor or health care person. They will help you to safely lose weight. Changing your eating habits and exercise are the two biggest parts to weight loss in overweight people. Remember that it's not what is on the outside that determines who you are, it's what is on the inside. I have seen more ugly beautiful people than I can count. I know a lot of plain and not even plain people that are beautiful because of how they act, live, and treat others.
I know this is going to be HARD, but you MUST report the bullying to someone in authority. If it happens again, report it again. And keep doing so until the bully gets the message, If no one does anything take it up the chain of command. Supervisors, administrators, police if neccessary. Bullying IS harassment. Make no mistake about it. No one needs to put up with this. See you DR. on the weight thing. Everyone is different and you may not be take out of line with your bone structure and family history. Fast weight loss never works, the faster you lose weight the faster the weight will come back back; and usually it will come back more than before. The only way to lose weight and keep it off is to eat healthy, and exercise; and that takes time.
