I have a 03 Envoy XL has anyone experience brake sqeaking when you replace brake pads and rotors are good?

Did you use ceramic brake pads? If so, that could be the problem. Unless it's super bad, you don't really have anything to worry about. Next time, use semi metallic brake pads.
Also if the rotors were not turned this will surely cause disk brake squeal.
