no you dont lose your itunes library if you buy a new ipod
Why does iTunes lose your music library? If you have put any new music on your iPod lately, your computer could have synced your iPod and deleted all of the music.
Yes. but you may lose the music on your iPod.
Nobody can hack into your iPod from their computer or another iPod remotely; however, if they obtain your iPod and a transfer cable, they can use specialized software to recover any data or completely remove your password and infiltrate your iPod. Do not lose your iPod!
mmm you dont lose anything when making an update
you will lose the songs that you have on your ipod that are not on itunes. Kenny L
I had this problem except I knew the code, but it froze and would not let me connect to itunes. What you are going to have to do is reset your ipod, which will make you lose everything, but it will work. To reset connect to itunes.
aniwhere:)
Possibly Yes. It depends what music is on the itunes library on the PC you are plugging into. Whatever is in the itunes library on the PC gets copied to the ipod ..ie the itunes library syncs with the ipod plugged in. Now If you only want to charge the ipod then go into itunes BEFORE you plug the ipod in and go to options and deselect the option to automatically sync when an ipod is plugged in. Even if you cant do that.... another option might be....once you plug in the ipod it starts to sync so cancel the sync as it takes a few seconds to fully start... or close itunes as soon as it opens so you don't get a sync being performed.
No, this will only happen if you "Restore" your iPod.
No.
