I have been nauseous for the last couple months I will be fine one moment and the next have extreme nausea sometimes vomiting no chance of pregnancy. I am Diabetic but blood sugars do not affect.?

Consider having an ear exam by a real specialist -- not your family doctor. Sudden onset nausea as you described often comes from otherwise unnoticed problems with the middle and inner ear. Have yo9u by any chance had a cold lately? Been flying in airpanes? I don't know that this IS the answer, but it's a place I'd look. THe problem with having a disorder like Diabetes is that everyone starts to assume that's the cause of all problems, yes? :}
