I have replaced the thermostat water pump on my 99 Pontiac Grand Prix the temp still runs over 210 degrees setting air running will eventually run hot Is there a bad sensor?

Is cooling fan working? Radiator clogged? Air flow through radiator resrticted? Temp gauge accurate - check with manual?
