I just got my oil changed the shop put synthetic oil in it and I have never use that before the next day it is leaking oil out of the block seals crankshaft front and back is it the shops fault?

No, it is your fault for not properly maintaining the vehicle in the past. An engine shouldn't do that just because it was switched to synthetic oil.
