NOT SURE ON YOUR 2004, BUT MY 2000 IT IS LOCATED IN THE CARGO AREA ON THE DRIVERS SIDE. THERE IS A REMOVABLE PANEL NEAR THE HATCH. THE CONTROL MODULE IS LOCATED JUST BEYOND IT AND HAS A STICKER WITH THE CODE # ON IT.
