Go to the USCIS website and fill out the following forms:
- I-130 PETITION FOR ALIEN RELATIVE
- I-765 EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION
- G-325A BIOGRAPHIC INFORMATION (ONE FOR YOU AND ONE FOR HER)
- I-485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENSE OR ADJUST STATUS
- I-134 AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT
- REPORT OF MEDICAL EXAMINATION AND MEDICAL RECORD-make sure that the doctor that fills it out is certified by USCIS
- If she came to the country without a visa then also submit form:I-485 SUPPLEMENT A, If this is the case, there's chances she might get deported for about 10 years from what I've been told, so I would recommend you get help from an expert in Immigration cases before sending anything out
With all this you need to submit the following copies from your wife:
- BIRTH CERTIFICATE-translated into English
- VISA
- PASSPORT
- ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE RECORD I-94
Copies needed from you:
- BIRTH CERTIFICATE
- ID OR PASSPORT
- W-2 FORMS, if possible include this year and include the two previous years
- BANK STATEMENTS- a couple of months, also, it would be good if you have joint accounts to show proof of mariage
- INSURANCE POLICY- not sure why but that's how we did it with my husband accoding to the person we paid to help us.
Other things to include:
- 2 PASSPORT STYLE PICTURES OF EACH ONE OF YOU
- IF YOU HAVE KIDS TOGETHER, COPY OF THERE BITH CERTIFICATE
- IF YOU RENT, INCLUDE YOUR RENTAL AGREEMENT OR RECEIPT- just to show proof that you live together
Once you have everything, mail to:
U.S. CITIZENSHIP AND IMMIGRATION SERVICES
