I need Help. I have a 94 Hyundai excel hatchback Standard Transmission. Know one knows where my fuel pump is located. The parts stores bring up the fuel pump being in the gas tank but its not?

Park your vehicle somewhere quiet and have someone, sitting in the Driver's seat, turn they key in the ingition to one click / position before the point when you engage the starter. You will hear a humming sound, for about 1-2 seconds, that your fuel pump makes as it is pressurizing the fuel delivery line. Have them do this several times until you can pinpoint, by walking, poking, proding your head and ears around inside or outside the car, the source of the noise. That is unless your fuel pump is currently inoperative. This method would be futile in such case. At least this is a start. KrispyKreemD
