I ran over the curb with my 95 cadillac deville and it shut off and wont start What would cause this?
Some cars are equiped with a fuel pump shutoff switch. It's
usually activated by some sort of inertia switch. It's there in
case you're in an accident so the engine doesn't keep running and
explode. Sometimes hitting a large pothole or bump will trip it.
Generally speaking, the button or switch to turn it back on is
located in the trunk somewhere. Mine is located near the passenger
rear seat in the trunk. But I'm not too familiar with your type of
vehicle, so you'll have to figure that one out. Good luck!
