So let me get this straight....you sold an idle easily liquified asset of gold coins recently, to pay off what would seem to be a rather modest mortgage, rather quickly at that, on your very protected from anything by Texas laws property...while apparently not paying other bills, probably making other debts and promises...you want to now escape from and leave others to deal with the loss from....and your worried that someone may actually consider your actions so self serving and reprehensible that they could legally challenge it and actually have the money from the sale of the coins used to pay off your promises and debts to them, rather than enrich yourself? And if I'm not mistaken, otherwise you may just wait till you hope they wouldn't have a legal recourse..Ii guess use the opportunity to incurr as many other debts as you can to not pay?
