I started having these tiny little bumps on my hand. and they are now on my other hand and legs too. could this just be an allergic reaction or something serious?

If they are hard, translucent little bumps - chances are it's a form of dermatitus - possibly hormonal. I get them too from time to time and there is no clear trigger. They take a while to go away - several weeks or months. Cortisone cream helps but can dry your hands out. I just let mine run its course.
