proteins are good, and wont increase ur body fat, and u will lose your weight if u do right exercise, u can focus on building strenght, and u will lose some of weight.
remember to eat well, u wont be able to gain muscles if theres nothing ur body to work on, ur fat will burn to be energy when u do exercise a lot, but it dont mean u cant eat well, eating only veggies wont help you..eat right amounts of food, leave snacks alone, time ur eating...and that is important! when ur body gets used for timed eating, its good for you, eat brakefast, supper, dinner...do it requlary and on same time..
