If the battery turns the engine over as it should then the battery is good.
your alternator ain't charging your battery or a bad connection draining the battery
Weak battery? Loose or corroded battery cables? Bad ignition switch? Bad neutral or clutch safety switch? Bad starter? Bad starter solenoid?
Sounds like you might have a bad starter relay.
There could be a sensor wire that is bad or going bad
You need a battery. There's a very small chance it could be something else, but from the symptoms you describe it is more than likely a bad battery.
Try jumping it off. If it cranks remove the + side on the battery. If it shuts off the alternator is bad .If it does not shut off clean the battery terminals . Have the battery checked at the Auto Zone.
If the engine cranks & cranks & cranks before it starts even though it's warmed up already.
You probably have a bad battery. You probably have a bad battery.
Battery light usually means alternator not charging. Most common solutions would be be a bad alternator, bad connection, or loose alternator belt. A replacement alternator can be bad. If it is ok than most likely a poor connection to the alternator.
well yeah absolutely
Seized engine? Dead battery? Loose or corroded battery cable? Bad starter? Bad starter solenoid? Bad neutral safety switch (if auto)? Bad clutch safety switch (if Std.)? if it cranks but wont start, faulty fuel pump or clogged filter or ignition coil/coil wire
If car cranks over and won't start it is not the starter, alternator or battery. Most likely the ignition wires or module, fuel delivery system or air intake meter.
