They could probably just be back on good terms and she probably does whatever he needs to be done better....or they could have feelings for each other again. you don't wanna jump to conclusions though, its best to watch a little closer to see if there's anything else that's suggestive, especially since they've had a fling in the past. don't ignore your intuition though, it's always right..
