If AT&T agents promises services that will allow a customer to combine his or her telephone bill, cellphones, television, and internet after credit check has been ran and I begin selecting two cellphones in the color of black and red will AT&T honor the agreement? On November 25, 2008 at approx. 3:00 p.m. I contacted an AT&T Agent to determine if I could save money my combining my home telephone bill, cell phone bill, television, and internet service. The AT&T Agent offered me a bundle that would include all of the services mentioned above as well as 700 shared minutes, two new cellphones in the colors black and red. I would also receive $100.00 dollars in cash back, unlimited nights and weekends beginning at 7:00 p.m., mobile to mobile service free, 200 instant messaging, my bill would be billed $171.00 a month. This price included all taxes. On November 28, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. I contacted AT&T to determine the progress made on the shipment of my new cellphones. I was told that the cellphones would not be included in the bundle even though I was promised by the AT&T agent that the order would be shipped. The reason that AT&T refused to ship the cellphones is because of a supposed past due bill which totaled $800.00 in 2004. The number given to me at that time was 404-625-0298. I do not owe a past due amount to AT&T Wireless in the amount of $800.00 dollars. My current AT&t Wireless balance is $62.00 dollars which I made arrangement to pay on December 5, 2008. I have been a faithful and loyal customer of both AT&T landline and AT&T Wireless for a number of years. Whenever I make arrangements to pay a bill I always honor that commitment. I feel that I have been lied to simply to get me into a contract with Dish Network for television service. I spent a total of four hours on the telephone today being bounced from one customer service departmnt to another. While being told that their is nothing the agent could do. The AT&T landline wants to blame AT&T Wireless for the problem and vice visa. The At&T Agents that I spoke with are as followed: 1. Vannessa Edwards 2. Jennifer Belyea 3. Mr. Sanders 4. Mr. Mitchell No help was offered. When I asked to speak with Supervisors or Managers I was told by AT&T Agents that they were all on vacation. How can that be I wondered? All I want is an apology and what was promised to me by the agent. If not I would like to be release from the Dish network contract that I was misled to accept on the promise of bundling all my bills. I was with Direct TV and I was not under contract. Now I am tied into a contract and At&T refuses to honor their end of the agreement.

When I helped to calm an upset customer they were upset that they didn't receive an order. I kindly apologized and sent them extra benefits to use on their next order.
if the customer is a previose custmer, then you can guide them with their previose order pattern / your old consults and for new customers, instead of doing hit and trial simply ask them and give them the free comfort to decide

Do people NEED HDTV? No. Do they want it? Maybe. Is it better than other types of TV? Maybe, depending on what each custmer wants. Should you get an HDTV set? Probably, since sooner or later all TV transmissions will only be in the HDTV format.
