You've probably got a piece of dirt, gunk, or rust lodged in the main jet in the carburetor. Remove the carburetor, take the float bowl or cover plate off, find the tube/opening that feeds fuel into the airstream and make sure it is clear of dirt, gunk, and foreign objects. A spray can of carburetor cleaner will be very handy, if you use spray carburetor cleaner BE SURE TO WEAR SAFETY GOGGLES . Clean the float bowl, check the fuel filter and replace it if it's full of dirt or gunk, ensure the fuel tank is free of dirt, rust, and gunk. Fill with fresh gas, flush the fuel line; happy mowing!
