If you eat a really good diet and can maintain a 500 cal deficit, it will take 7 days to lose a lb of fat (fat is 3500 calories per pound). that means the total would be like 4 months. You should go online and search under base metabolic rate to find out how many calories you burn per day (using a met. rate. calculator) so you can find out if you have a calorie deficit each day. Be careful of dieting too much at such a young age. A healthy weight is always better than being underweight.
