Yes they do on a points based system that you can read and follow on a daily basis to make sure that you eat the correct food and do not go over the allocated points on any given day.

Write down everything you eat and use the weight watcher's point system to keep track of the daily points. This system works amazingly well - but you have to constantly try to eat a variety and you have to constantly write it all down. The more you write it - the more weight you lose.
