I am not exactly sure what your question is but if she is paying attention when you talk about your problems that is great as she is listening intently. She may not respond as she may not know what to say to you but don't be discouraged if you value her opinion simply ask her what she thinks or what you should do.
Nah, I've never seen a girl listen to a guy's problems, just the guy listening to the girl's problems... with all my friends. Poor guys. :(
