You conceived withn a week of what your doctor has told you your doctor will be able to answer this ? more accurately than anyone on the internet since he or she knows exactly how your baby has developed hope this helps Good Luck and God Bless!!! 7 weeks on October 25th does not give a due date of June 1st. It gives a date of June 13th. Was your last period August 24th/25th? Do you have a long cycle? I did and my due date from U/s was 10-12 days after my due date from last period. This is not really a problem unless you go into labour very early in which case your baby may be much earlier than expected. Term is considered 37 weeks to 42 weeks. So if you think you are having a 37 week (term) baby and it is really a 35 week (pre-term) baby, the staff may not be prepared.

There is a possibility she will have a big baby. I wouldn't worry about it too much. I bet another ultrasound has been booked that will be fine. I was induced at 36 weeks becasue Twin 2 wasn't growing. Twin 1 weighed 4lb 15ounces, Twin 2 weighed 6 lb 3ounces!!
