That can be dangerous. You'll lose weight, but it will be weight composed of water and muscle, not body fat. So that means you'll just look flabbier. You'll also gain all the weight back (and possibly more) once you start eating normally again. And face it, people can't, and won't, eat 100-200 calories a day for the rest of their lives. They would eventually die, or they would get tired of being hungry, and go back to normal. MODERATION is key. There's a healthy in-between. Try eating a reduced-calorie diet, at the very minimum 1,200 cals. Make sure to incorporate at least half an hour of exercise 3-5 days a week. Just by doing that, it will help you lose weight and manage to keep it off.
starving yourself doesnt work! if your body thinks its starving it grips on to every fat cell for storage! eating healthy and regularly and exercise! u need to raise the rate your metabolism breaks down food, that's only achieved through exercise
no, as long as you're healthy, exercise and not starving yourself, you're fine :)
Why would you even ask this?Starving yourself is not the answer.Take it from me. I've struggled with anorexia for almost 3 years now, and it's horrible. Eat healthy foods, exercise, and be happy.Don't do this to yourself.
Subtlety is key. The best way to prevent people from thinking you are starving yourself is to NOT STARVE YOURSELF IN THE FIRST PLACE.
Starving yourself could trigger a binge. After binging some people want to throw up. So, starving COULD be a ticket to Bulimia
exercise 50x times more and eat the same way. run a mile everyday.
Each body and person is different, as is how long it would take to lose 60 pounds by starving yourself. However, this should never be used as a weight loss method. It is unhealthy, and diet and exercise are much better options.
starving yourself
I don't know your situation, but I do know - and I'm pretty sure you know, that starving yourself is not the best way to lose weight. You need to do some exercise every day, drink heaps of water, and eat healthy food. There are a multitude of good diets out there you can try without resorting to starving yourself. Starving will leave you weak, dehydrated, and maybe even make your stomach lining get eaten away in the process. Don't do it! In two months, you would be dead.
Not usually, no.
YES, but it's basically because you're just starving yourself whilst stifling hunger by filling yourself up with water. A balanced diet with regular exercise will prove healthier and more attractive in the long run.
They eat very little and things that do not have a high calorie content. What do they do? They get sick and tired very easily. They hide their disorder until it becomes unmanageable and noticable and then become hospitalized or worse, die.
