Hi - probably the easiest method relaxation technique is simply going for a walk. Physically removing yourself from the source of your stress can do great things for clearing the mind. Taking a big breath, exhaling slowly while counting to ten is also easy to do and yet is very effective as well. Listening to relaxation music, or perhaps your favourite music is another good one. Listening to the sounds of nature - with or without relaxing music can help too. Meditations, visualisations, even exercise can all be effective ways to relax, but these tend to take a little longer.
