No
This is called bait and switch
If there Representative signed the other contract don't allow them to change it unless there is a big big advantage for you. Get someone else to read it to make sure they haven't:
Made you 3 or 4 year payments 5 or 6 years
Increased you interest rate
Charged you for extended warranty, paint protection, under coating, fabric guard
That you did not ask for!!!!
These are common scams
Some dealers will write a contract based on 0% interest for a certain time and find that they can not get that deal even though they have a signed contract giving that deal.
Don't back down, they either give you a better deal or don't let them change things!!!!
Refuse and demand your rebate. You signed a contract that not only you have to live with but so does the dealer. The contract works both ways and all you have to do is say NO!
A dealership does not have a legal right to re-sign a contract once it has been signed. However, if there is an obvious typographical mistake in the contract, they may request to re-sign it.
forgery means that people sometimes fake other people for signing a contract with another persons name. IE a man wants to sign a contract for electricity payment but another man signs with his name then that man who wants to sign will be guilty because he wants to sign again but he cant sign more that once.
The dealer typically never signs the contract when the customer does. The dealer principal does quite often. Sorry this is not a loophole, its still a binding contract. However if you signed an open contract where it doesn't say what bank anywhere on the contract its assigned to then a very good lawyer can help you. Sometimes dealers can have you sign a contact without getting an approval from a bank first so they can leave that part out for them to hand write it in later.
What do they want to change about the contract?
Please read the papers you signed. They loikely state that the payments set forth are CONDITIONAL upon the dealer finding a lender that will take the contract as written. YOUR credit Report will have a lot to do with that happening. Maybe no lender wants to finance you at that amount based on your CR.
He wants you to sell for him.
IF she feels she made a mistake.
She probably wants to be hospitable. It would probably be a mistake to read any more into it than that.
Nobody said it is a mistake. Quite on the contrary: anyone who wants to become a member of the Catholic Church is welcome!
It is usually not possible to transfer a contract phone into another person's name unless the contract time has expired. Once it has expired, the company that provides the service for the phone will perform a credit check on the person who wants to purchase your phone. If they pass the credit check, the company will write an entirely new contract for the other person.
