depends on how much flab is there... me it would probably take two weeks...
it depends on your weight!
it just depends. it could take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months. it depends on how much fat you have there or how much muscle you already have.
Alter lifestyle so that you burn more calories than you take in and by combining cardiovascular and muscle building/toning excercise routine the fat will be absorbed by the body over time or you can get lipoplasty. Both men and women have the same set of abdominal muscles, although women may have longer waist and wider pelvis. Therefore a similar set of stomach exercises would benefit both of them. Crunches are an important part of every ab attack program. A combination of regular crunches, bicycle crunches, long arm crunches, reverse crunches and oblique crunches will strengthen and tone rectus abdominis and obliques. However, you may have to do several sets and repetitions of the crunches for the desired results. Other stomach exercises for women include the boat pose in yoga and side planks to work the stomach muscles. Strong abdominal muscles will use the excess visceral fat stored in the region, and thereby help reduce the stomach fat.
About 5 or 6 weeks no longer!
Well I would take out the squats because squats are not good for fat thighs. Doing crunches and sit ups will loose weight a lot faster. When you will do crunches you will notice the difference daily. and crunches is not more of losing weight but tightening, which may be perhaps what you actually need sometimes when you tighten/flatten the stomach you will come to realize that's all you actually needed.
Two weeks is not long to get a flat stomach. It depends on how far from flat the person is. Cutting all processed foods and sugar, exercising, and a body wrap are the best bet.
I have also been told that I do not need to lose weight or go on a diet but I have no idea. I have tried to get rid of it for around 3 months from doing around 250 reversed crunches a day 6 days a week but I have had no results.
A flat stomach entails two aspects: first, you have to have low body fat, and second, you have to have at least some definition in your abdominal muscles. (It's possible to have "ripped" abs under a lot of fat, in which case you can't see how defined the abs are, so losing weight is key to showing off good ab muscles.) You'll need to focus primarily on losing weight to flatten a stomach, so aim to loose no more than 2 lbs. per week until you reach your desired weight--at which point your stomach will be flat.
That would be the long and short intestines.
Pancreas (actually located behind the stomach)
tessas head its would der
No your stomach acid would have got rid of it a day or two you cant have that in you for that long because you would form a eatting disorder.
