If you forgot your password to your email how do you get back?

Call your internet Service Provider and ask for it or ask them for a new one - if you are not using the email service provided by them then contact the email service provider. Example: If you are using windows messenger then go to their official website (always make sure of this for security issues), there will be such a service where you can retrieve your account name or password.

There is usually a box or a highlighted phrase that says "I forgot my password" (or at least something similair). At this point, you can verify your identity by answersing a few questions and you can retrieve your password or automatically change it.

1st Method:

The first thing which you check if you forget login password. When we install Windows, it automatically creates an account "Administrator" and sets its password to blank. So if you have forget your user account password then try this:

Start system and when you see Windows Welcome screen / Login screen, press <ctrl>+<alt>+<del> keys twice and it'll show Classic Login box. Now type "Administrator" (without quotes) in Username and leave Password field blank. Now press Enter and you should be able to log in Windows.

Now you can reset your account password from "Control Panel -> User Accounts".

Same thing can be done using Safe Mode. In Safe Mode Windows will show this in-built Administrator account in Login screen.

2th Method: If there is more then one user profile on the computer log in under the other user name and change the profile with the lost password from there.

3rd Method: When you turn on the computer go to setup screen ( press F8 or delete depends on your computer) and start in "Safe Mode"
