No, not usually. Special breeds of chickens have been created to grow quickly to produce meat, so steroids are not necessary. It is more expensive for the producer (of meat or eggs) to use steroids than to just raise a few more chickens to make up for not using steroids. There might be rare cases where steroids are used, but if you purchase chicken meat or eggs from the grocery store, chances are there will be no steroids because it is not profitable for the producer.
The answer is no. You could not detect a flavor of steroids. HOWEVER
You also would not find chicken in North America (in fact in most countries) that has been injected with steroids. The FDA(US) and the CFA (Canada) has ruled that no steroid hormones are approved for use in poultry and they test randomly and extensively. Should any company be found breaking this law they would be shut down and lose their license to market poultry. Steroids are expensive, far too expensive to justify their use on a large scale when dealing with chicken production.
Rumors abound about steroids and chicken but they are just that, rumors.
Not all countries have such strict standards but you can be assured US and Canadian chicken is steroid free.

A chicken that has been cooked & jerked.
Fresh chicken is much juicier than frozen chicken.
It taste like chicken nuggets!! sort of !! :)
Frogs most likely taste the way they do because they have mucsle that can be cooked and flavored, like chicken.
Yess !! Chicken taste really good (: yes cooked but if you eat it raw all those germs will kill you
Like chicken cooked in wine.
Of coarse you can reuse the sauce you cooked a chicken in. Any of the bacteria that was on the chicken was "destroyed" to say. The sauce will only have a faint taste of the chicken in it, but the flavor of the sauce will still overpower that of the chickens.
The only real way to know is to taste it yourself. It is chicken cooked in a special way, so if you know how chicken tastes, imagine it with a few spices etc.
You don't have to remove the meat from the bone, but the chicken meat will taste better if you do.
I don't think so if you did the it would not get the taste that its meant to be. It meant to be seasoned into to the chicken not on top !
If cooked correctly, they are delicious, and have a delicate flavour somewhere between chicken and fish.
Well, personally I think chicken has a much better texture and taste but for cooking with it all depends on how cooked and what spices are used.
