For months I was going back and forth to the physio, religiously applying Voltaren and taking care of my elbow. No success. The other night after a party, for some reason I wrapped my elbow in a towel. It felt MUCH better the next day. Since then, I have been simply wearing a warm jacket to bed and the pain seems to be slowly easing. JUST KEEP IT WARM.
