If you install headlight for acura 2002 tl or replace headlight for acura 2002TL and it still does not work what could be wrong?

The headlight bulbs just twist counter-clockwise in and out of place. They are located under the hood on either side of the radiator, directly behind the headlights. The foglights are 9006 low beam bulbs. They have to be accessed from under the front bumper. Move the black plastic piece out of the way and unscrew the three screws surrounding the bulb. It should come right out.
