Stress can sometimes cause women to miss a period, but while on antibiotics if you are sexually active you need to use a backup method of Birth Control to avoid pregnancy. In your case the answer is yes. Antibiotics put your Ph levels off a great deal. Try eating cultured yogurt 3 times a day for a week and drink Pomegranate juice (antitoxidant). Lots of water too. It takes time for the antibiotics to calm down and for your body to get back to normal. Even being sick from the flu can throw your periods off or even cause you to miss a period and so can other medications. You'll be fine. Give your body a chance to heal.
