Well, you have two choices. Believe me, I've been there. First, you say good riddance, take what you can from the experience and seriously search to obtain another job quickly. Apply for unemployment insurance, so you have funds coming in right away. Provide the HR phone number and have a friend check to see what they say when called for employment verification. If you were there less than 6 months, you might consider leaving them off of your resume.
Alternatively, you could contact the labor board, and try to obtain restitution. That has pitfalls in that you really don't want to go back to work there, it will occupy your waking life for the next months or year and it will suck you dry moneywise. You would have to have a calendar of events, emails and so on that detailed their behavior. Simply not liking you is not going to count.
Finally, there may be some truth you can glean from the supervisor's comments in that you may need to develop more skills in an area. That does not excuse their behavior--it is a failure for them too when they can't inspire an employee to do the work well.
No, he might want another job as a supervisor that pays more.
I think it's terminateto terminate-terminates-terminated-has/have terminated.
I don't think that just because a person's kidney has failed, he will be terminated from his job. Because it is not a kind of communicable disease that will pass from one employ to another. A person's efficiency in job is not counted from his disease, he have. But the quality and quantity of work he does in his office. So, if someone is fit to do the job, he/she will not be terminated from his job.
i think four
My supervisor asked, how do you think you did for your job tasks?
No cause it's you
Yes. It is commonplace to back stab each other in the workplace when it comes to advancement in your own employment/career. Why wouldn't you apply for your supervisor's position? Are you in love with your supervisor? Or do you just think you are not qualified enough to handle your supervisor's responsibilities?
The difference between a coordinator and supervisor is slightly above a manager and is sometimes known as an administrative assistant. A supervisor deals with tasks and individuals. A coordinator can tell someone what they should do and a supervisor can tell someone what they should do.
I think it has been proven. The Wiki Supervisor wins ... every time.Only a Wiki Supervisor could unlock this question and say it is NO CONTEST then lock it again.Let Chuck Norris try that!
When you think you are ready A Good Thing to do first is to join the SPA (Special Project Assistants) who train with tasks to become a Supervisor
Super-. Sub- means "below" (think submarine) and super- means "above" (think supervisor).
When a supervisor finds a normal contributor who they think have qualified for the premier answerer badge the supervisor can recommend them via a link that only supervisors have. A supervisor will go through the user's contributions to make sure that they have had quality and well thought out contributions. Please do not ask to become a premier answerer, you must be nominated by a supervisor.
