Depends on what you're after and what your current status is. In terms of weight loss it can take quite a while. First because unless you have your eating under control it's really hard to compensate for an improper diet by "gymming it off". You can check the stats yourself for miles of running required to lose a donut for instance. But also because muscles are denser than fat, so some of what you've lost in blubber will be hidden by you've gained in muscle. Probably what comes first won't be seen, but felt. within 3 weeks or so of regular cardio work you should start to feel more energetic as your endurance picks up. 2nd thing will probably be posture, and maybe a tighter stomach. Before you begin to see actual muscle growth it can take months.

130 isn't much of a weight, unless you're short and female(or really short and male). Can't tell if you really should be looking for any weight loss at all.
