It's hard to have to tell anybody about this kind of problem, i had to because i noticed that it wasnt going to go away even with the help of the internet saying that i can eventualy streach it, but my condition was to severe to streach it far enough. i was in your position, but i had it worse because i had to tell my mum, but one night i just came down and just told her. it only takes 3 seconds and after that it's all over, your dad will get you an appointmet with a male or female doctor.. your choise and it will be sorted with minimum fuss, just take him to the side away from other family members or even write it down and give it to him if you dont feel comfortable to tell him verbaly, he will understand and help you through it
