∙ 13y agoIt could be. Just go to your doctor to see. I was 6 weeks and 6 days when I had mine you are having severe cramps and bleeding and passing blood clots go to the hospital.

Absolutely, I'm afraid. I myself just suffered a loss at week 17 and I had the same spotting, it was in the morning and after sex and slowly progressed until I had a check a week later and found the baby had no heartbeat. The discharge can be brown or bright red, but mine was only brownish and muscoucy and I had very little cramping. But don't jump to conclusions!! There are several other reasons you could be getting bleeding, such as a uterine tear (which can usually fix itself within your second trimester), various forms of placenta previa (90% of cases solve themselves also) or something as simple as a sensitive cervix, in which case sex may have to be put on hold for a while. Because you have had 4 HPTs after you lost the tissue it does sound like you're still pregnant and this wasn't a miscarriage. The tissue was most likely some lose vaginal tissue or skin that came away from the uterus wall. This has happened to myself before so dont worry. Do see your doctor to confirm the pregnancy and also mention the tissue to your doctor so he can investigate and make sure it wasn't anything to do with a vaginal infection.
