I don't know about Christian,
But in Hinduism, we do have this culture in Southern Parts of India, where a Guy can marry his sister's Daughter and it's perfectly legal.
Coming to Children, It all depends on LUCK factor. Majority of cases shows that there might be some Problems with children, BUT, I saw lot of cases where everything went fine and their Children are not only Healthy But also very Bright.
So, my friend, If you think you truly love her, Take a chance and get going.... Cause, you might not get the Lov of your life and regret for rest of it....
